Can I submit a nomination if I do not work for or represent a
financial organization?

Nominations are open to any individual. You do not need to work for or represent a financial organization.

How can I submit a nomination?

You can submit a nomination by completing our submission form at awards.etf.com/nominations/

Can I submit the same fund for multiple categories?

Yes, you can submit the same fund for multiple categories if the fund meets the criteria for that specific category.

Is there a cost to participate?

There is no cost to complete the nomination form.

Can I submit from outside the U.S.?

Nominations can be submitted from anywhere globally; however, all nominated issuers must have ETFs trading on U.S. markets and all nominated ETFs must be trading in the U.S. Any index nominated must underlie a U.S.-listed ETF.

What is the eligibility period?

In certain cases, only ETFs with inception dates starting Jan. 1, 2022 through Dec. 31, 2022 are eligible.

When do nominations close?

Nominations close on Jan. 31, 2023. No exceptions will be made.

What if my company or competitor has a judge on the jury panel?

Judges will recuse themselves from voting in any category in which they or their firms appear as finalists.

When will winners be announced?

Judging will be complete by March 15, 2023. Results will then be kept confidential until they are announced at the etf.com Awards ceremony in April 2023 and published on etf.com.
